We will assign a booth space. Please bring your lauhala mat/table, pillows/chairs, including your own food and water. We will email you a Vendor's Agreement to sign and email back to us. Once we have it, you're good to go.
AUG 18, 2017 - EVENT DAY
Call time for vendors
8:00 AM - Registration
9:00 AM - Set up complete and all excess property must leave site
10:00 AM - OPENING CEREMONY BEGINS
3:00 PM - Vendors may breakdown and if participating with next Event, Meeting at 6:00 PM in Building G
5:00 - CLOSING CEREMONY
END OF EVENT
Vendors may leave before closing on prior notice with AONHH
